CHIPPIE comes from the family behind Jam Delish, the Islington Caribbean restaurant named Best Vegan Friendly Restaurant at the British Restaurant Awards 2026. The idea is simple: nostalgic comfort food with an unexpected Caribbean twist, where flavour always comes first.

The menu stars Caribbean battered 'codfish' and chips, jerk battered 'sausage' and chips, salt and pepper mushroom 'scampi' and loaded jerk oyster mushroom fries. Add mushy pea fritters, fried plantain or triple cooked chips, pick a dip from curry sauce, Caribbean tartar, BBQ jerk or scotch bonnet mayo, then finish with caramelised banana cake and custard.

With everything made from plants, CHIPPIE is an easy choice for vegan and vegetarian guests, and familiar enough for anyone who simply loves a proper chippie tea.

CHIPPIE by Jam Delish opens on Wednesday 14 October in the heart of BOXHALL, for a six week residency only.
