At the heart of his cooking is his Sicilian Nonna, Marianna. Cooking together in his videos, they reimagine classic Italian dishes with a plant-based twist - a partnership that led to their bestselling cookbook Cooking with Nonna, following their Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards win for Content Creator of the Year.
